We’re looking for young and ambitious Emiratis with the passion and commitment to join our National Cadet Pilot Programme and train to become world-class pilots at the Emirates Flight Training Academy in Dubai.
What the Company Offers
Our fully sponsored programme covers the cost of your training for at least four years, including training materials, accommodation, uniforms and three daily meals. Joining our programme will take you from zero flying hours through to ground school and the skies in a multi-engine, multi-crew aircraft. After graduation, you’ll be qualified to take command of one of the newest and most modern fleets in the sky with Emirates, the world’s largest international airline.
Skills
•Completed National Service
•Minimum height: 160 cm
•Medically fit
•UAE national (valid passport + Khulasat Al Qaid)
High School Graduates (Science stream)
•Age: 18–21
•Minimum score: 80%
•Must have studied science subjects (chemistry, physics, or math)
•IELTS 6.0 (min 5.5 each) or TOEFL equivalent
Degree Holders (Diploma+)
•Age: 22–26
•Minimum GPA: 3.0 (science/engineering)
•IELTS 6.0 (min 5.5 each) or TOEFL equivalent

برنامجنا المدعوم كلياً يغطي تكلفة التدريب لمدة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات، بما في ذلك مواد التدريب والإقامة والزي الرسمي وثلاث وجبات يومياً. الانضمام إلى برنامجنا سيأخذك من ساعات الطيران الصفر إلى المدرسة الأرضية والسماء في طائرة متعددة المحركات وفريق عمل متعدد. بعد التخرج، ستصبح مؤهلاً لتولي قيادة إحدى أحدث وأكثر الأساطيل عصرية في السماء مع طيران الإمارات، أكبر شركة طيران دولية في العالم.
