هدف العمل
- قيادة التخطيط، والجدولة، ومراقبة التقدم، والسيطرة على التكاليف عبر المشاريع لضمان التسليم ضمن النطاق المعتمد، والميزانية، والجدول الزمني.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط المشاريع المتكاملة، وتوقعات التكاليف، ونُظم قياس الأداء التي تدعم اتخاذ القرار الفعّال وحوكمة المشروع.
- تزويد الإدارة بتحليل أداء المشروع بدقة، وتحديد تأخيرات الجدول الزمني، والفروقات في التكاليف، والمخاطر، والفرص، وتوصية الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ضمان تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات والمعايير والإجراءات في التخطيط والسيطرة على التكاليف عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق إدارة المشروع، والهندسة، والمشتريات، والبناء، والتجاري لتحقيق أهداف المشروع وتحسين أدائه.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير وصيانة ومراقبة جداول المشروع ونُظم السيطرة على التكاليف.
- إعداد خط الأساس للمشروع، والميزانيات، والتوقعات، وأطر قياس الأداء.
- متابعة تقدم المشروع والتكاليف واستخدام الموارد مقابل الخطط المعتمدة.
- تحليل فروق الجدول والتكاليف وتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية والتعويضية.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير وحدات الرقابة الدورية للمشروع، ولوحات المعلومات، وتحديثات الأداء.
- إجراء التوقعات التكاليف، وتحليل التدفقات النقدية، وتقرير إدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM).
- تقييم أثر تغيّرات المشروع، والتباينات، والمخاطر على الجدول الزمني والتكاليف.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتجاري لضمان توافق أهداف المشروع.
- قيادة ومرافقة أعضاء فريق التخطيط والسيطرة على التكاليف وتحفيزهم.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الرقابة على المشروع والمعايير التنظيمية ومتطلبات التقارير.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، إدارة البناء، إدارة المشاريع، المساحة الكمية، أو تخصص ذو صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال (MBA)، إدارة المشاريع، أو مجال ذو صلة.
- مهارات اتصالات مكتوبة وشفوية ممتازة

Responsibilities:
Job Objective
- Lead the planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control functions across projects to ensure delivery within approved scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, cost forecasts, and performance measurement systems that support effective decision-making and project governance.
- Provide management with accurate project performance analysis, identifying schedule delays, cost variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure the implementation of planning and cost control best practices, standards, and procedures across all project phases.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to achieve project objectives and optimize project performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules and cost control systems.
- Establish project baselines, budgets, forecasts, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and resource utilization against approved plans.
- Analyze schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Prepare and present periodic project controls reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Conduct cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and earned value management (EVM) reporting.
- Assess the schedule and cost impact of project changes, variations, and risks.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Lead and mentor planning and cost control team members.
- Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, company standards, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
