الوصف الوظيفي:
• قيادة وإدارة مشاريع تصميم الواجهات بما في ذلك جدران الستائر، التكسية بالألواح ACP، أنظمة الزجاج، المصاريع، والحلول المصنوعة من الألمنيوم.
• الإشراف على مهندسي التصميم ومنسقي BIM والرسامين لضمان التسليم في الوقت وبجودة عالية للمشروع.
• التنسيق مع المعماريين والمستشارين وفرق الإنتاج والشراء والموقع لتنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الإنشاء GCC ومتطلبات العميل وممارسات هندسة الواجهات الدولية
المؤهلات:
• ذكر، 30-40 عامًا
• خبرة تصميم واجهات/ألمنيوم لا تقل عن 10 سنوات ضمن مشاريع واجهات في GCC
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، المدنية، الإنشائية، الهندسة المعمارية، أو مجال ذو صلة
• إجادة AutoCAD، Revit، Navisworks، وبرمجيات تنسيق BIM مع معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة جدران الستائر والواجهات

Job Description:
• Lead and manage façade design projects including curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing systems, louvers, and aluminum solutions.
• Supervise design engineers, BIM coordinators, and draftsmen to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, production, procurement, and site teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with GCC construction standards, client requirements, and international façade engineering practices
Qualifications:
• Male, 30-40 years old
• Minimum 10 years of façade/aluminum design experience within GCC façade projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination software with strong technical knowledge of curtain wall and façade systems
