We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our client in, the UAE. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of prestigious hotels and high-rise residential projects by providing expert planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones within budget and timeframes. Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather scheduling inputs and update progress. - Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential delays or risks with mitigation plans. - Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management and clients to communicate project status. - Assist in resource allocation and cost control relating to scheduling activities. - Conduct risk analysis and implement contingency plans to maintain project timelines. - Ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry best practices in all planning activities. - Lead and mentor junior planning engineers to enhance team performance.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry, preferably with hotels and high-rise residential projects. - Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning software is essential. - Strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes in large-scale projects. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of risk management and project control techniques.
