سيتولى مدير العلاقات المسؤولية عن اكتساب وتطوير والحفاظ على العلاقات مع عملاء HNI/NRI، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز النمو في الأصول تحت الإدارة (AUM) لصناديق الاستثمار التي تروّج لها الشركة. يتطلب هذا الدور محترفاً متمرساً بسجل حافل عبر مختلف المنتجات الاستثمارية. سيقود مدير العلاقات إدارة علاقات العملاء، يروّج بفعالية للصناديق المعتمدة، ويضمن الامتثال الكامل للوائح هيئة الأوراق المالية والسلع الإماراتية (SCA) بالإضافة إلى سياسات الشركة الداخلية.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- إنشاء وإدارة محفظة من عملاء HNI وNRI، بما في ذلك البحث بنشاط عن عملاء جدد وتوسيع التفاعل مع العملاء الحاليين.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للعملاء لفهم ملف المخاطر وأهداف الاستثمار، مع التأكد من أن تخصيصات الاستثمار تتسق مع المنتجات المعتمدة لدى الشركة والإرشادات التنظيمية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات ترويج منتجات الاستثمار.
- المتابعة المستمرة للأسواق العالمية، وإطلاق المنتجات الاستثمارية، والتطورات التنظيمية (خصوصاً فيما يخص UAE والعملاء عبر الحدود/NRI) والموضوعات الاستثمارية.
- العمل عن كثب مع الفرق الداخلية (أبحاث الاستثمار، أخصائيي المنتج، العمليات، الامتثال) لتقديم خدمة عملاء سلسة وتنفيذ المنتج.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية والقانونية والحوكمة الداخلية ذات الصلة (الإمارات، FATCA لما يتعلق بـ NRIs، إلخ).
- الحفاظ على شبكة عملاء قوية ونموها ضمن مجتمع HNI/NRI.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، ويفضل حتى 15 عاماً، في إدارة الثروات، أو استشارات العملاء الخاصين أو إدارة الاستثمار/المحفظة مع مختلف المنتجات الاستثمارية.
- مسار وظيفي مثبت في إدارة علاقات عملاء HNI أو NRI.
- الخلفية التعليمية: درجة البكالوريوس في التمويل أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يماثلها؛ يفضل تخصصات عليا (MBA، CFA، CFP).
- مهارات تحليلية ونوعية ونمذجة مالية ممتازة؛ القدرة على تفسير اتجاهات السوق واستراتيجيات المنتج.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض وتمتين علاقة استثنائية؛ يجب أن يكون قادراً على شرح منتجات الاستثمار بوضوح للعملاء ذوي الخبرة.
- دافع ذاتي، وروح ريادية مع القدرة على توليد أعمال جديدة مع إدارة وخدمة العملاء الحاليين.
- الإلمام باللوائح المالية الإماراتية وقواعد الاستثمار لـ NRI وأطر الامتثال.
- معايير أخلاقية قوية، السرية، النزاهة وتوجيه العملاء أولاً.

Role overview
The relationship manager will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and maintaining relationships with HNI/NRI clients, as well as driving growth in assets under management (AUM) for the investment funds promoted by the firm. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record across various investment products. The successful candidate will lead client relationship management, effectively promote approved funds, and ensure full compliance with UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations as well as the firm’s internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of HNI and NRI clients, including proactively sourcing new clients and deepening engagement with existing clients.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand risk profile and investment objectives, ensuring investment allocations are consistent with the firm’s approved products and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and execute investment product promotional strategies.
- Stay abreast of global markets, investment product launches, regulatory developments (especially as relevant to UAE & cross-border/NRI clients) and investment themes.
- Work closely with internal teams (investment research, product specialists, operations, compliance) to deliver seamless client service and product implementation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal and internal governance standards (UAE, FATCA for NRIs etc.).
- Maintain and grow a strong client network within the HNI/NRI community.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience: Minimum 5 years, ideally up to 15 years, of wealth management, private client advisory or investment/portfolio management experience with various investment products.
- Proven track record of managing HNI or NRI client relationships.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar; advanced qualification (MBA, CFA, CFP) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and financial modelling skills; capable of interpreting market trends and product strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills; must be able to explain investment products clearly to sophisticated clients.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to generate new business while managing and servicing existing clients.
- Familiarity with UAE financial regulations, NRI investment rules and compliance frameworks.
- Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, integrity and client-first orientation.
