We offer comprehensive Technical and Commercial Management for third-party vessel owners, ensuring full compliance with ISM, ISPS and MLC standards, alongside rigorous Class, Flag State and SIRE requirements. Our expertise spans the entire lifecycle of fleet operations, including Dry Docking (DD) management, strategic Bunkering and cost-effective Marine Purchasing. We are seeking a highly competent and driven Shipping / Vessel Operator to join our shore-based operations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience at sea, specifically serving as a Chief Officer or Master Mariner. This role bridges the gap between ship and shore, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially viable vessel operations.

Skills

-Mandatory Seagoing Background: Must have sailed as a Chief Officer or Master (Master Mariner). Applications without seagoing experience at this rank will not be considered.

-Strong understanding of charter party clauses (Time Charter / Voyage Charter), laytime calculations and maritime law.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).

- Ability to work under pressure, make critical decisions independently, and handle emergency situations.

- Proficiency in modern shipping operations software and MS Office.

- Prior shore-based experience in a similar Vessel Operator role is a significant advantage, but highly motivated ex-mariners transitioning to shore are welcome to apply.
