Emirati Talent - Senior Associate, Architect | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Development Business Unit
ROLE SUMMARY

The Architectural Design Executive supports the Architecture & Design team in delivering high-quality design and 3D visualization solutions for shopping malls, residential communities, and hotel developments. The role contributes to project vision, design concepts, functional planning, and customer-focused design solutions while ensuring design intent is maintained from concept through delivery and enhancing the Majid Al Futtaim brand.
ROLE PROFILE

• Develop conceptual and functional architectural layouts for retail, shopping mall, and mixed-use projects.
• Contribute creative design concepts, feasibility studies, and functional drawings.
• Support retail planning, mixed-use developments, and residential master planning initiatives.
• Apply customer-centric design thinking to enhance user journeys and innovative experiences.
• Produce high-quality architectural plans, masterplans, sketches, and presentation materials.
• Create advanced 3D visualizations and renderings using the latest design technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to maintain design excellence.
• Ensure adherence to Majid Al Futtaim brand standards, design guidelines, and values while fostering innovation, compliance, and collaboration across all design activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in retail, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or master-planning design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Lumion, 3DS Max, AI tools).
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applications.
• Experience producing high-quality 3D renderings and design presentations.
• Collaborative, confident, flexible, and forward-thinking professional with strong teamwork skills.
