We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout all stages of MEP project execution, contributing to the successful delivery of cutting-edge construction projects. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP installations to identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented. - Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to enforce quality standards and resolve quality issues promptly. - Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality requirements are maintained. - Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and audit records in compliance with company and client standards. - Coordinate and lead quality meetings and provide technical support to the construction team on quality matters. - Ensure that all MEP works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Assist in training and mentoring junior QC personnel to foster a quality-conscious culture.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. - Proven 5 years experience as a QC Engineer in MEP systems within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and quality management systems. - Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with quality inspection tools and documentation processes. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Proactive attitude and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.
