Educational qualifications and years of experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, or Business Administration, or Public Administration, or Future Studies, or Data Analytics, or Economics, or Engineering, or Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence, or any related field.
· Prefer professional certifications in enterprise innovation, foresight, data analytics, knowledge management, or artificial intelligence.
· Hands-on experience of (3–5) years in institutional innovation, foresight, and requirements ISO 56001.
· Knowledge of Dubai Government Excellence Programme, and Dubai Government trends in this area.
· Experience in a government entity or a consultancy firm working with government bodies.

· بكالوريوس في إدارة الابتكار، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو الإدارة العامة، أو الدراسات المستقبلية، أو تحليل البيانات، أو الاقتصاد، أو الهندسة، أو علوم الحاسب، أو الذكاء الاصطناعي، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
· يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية في الابتكار المؤسسي، أو الاستشراف، أو تحليل البيانات، أو إدارة المعرفة، أو الذكاء الاصطناعي.
· خبرة عملية من (3–5) سنوات في مجالات الابتكار المؤسسي، و/أو استشراف المستقبل، ومتطلبات ISO 56001.
· معرفة ببرنامج دبي للتميز الحكومي، وتوجهات حكومة دبي في هذا المجال.
· خبرة في جهة حكومية أو شركة استشارية تعمل مع الجهات الحكومية.
