Job Title: Legal Consultant Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced *Legal Consultant* to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong expertise in UAE labour laws, contract drafting, and corporate transactions, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact legal matters.
Key Responsibilities: -* Provide expert guidance on UAE labour laws and ensure compliance* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including shareholder agreements* Manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)* Support corporate governance and legal structuring* Identify legal risks and recommend strategic solutions
Requirements: -* 8+ years of relevant legal experience* Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws* Proven expertise in contract drafting and M&A* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Ability to handle complex legal matters independently
Preferred: -* LLB/LLM or equivalent qualification* Prior experience working in the UAE
