• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee technical design and architecture discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and meet business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.

  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

  • Certification in Islamic Banking or Finance is highly desirable.

  
  
  

  Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.

  • Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience leading banking technology projects.

  • Proven experience delivering projects within Islamic Banking environments.

  • Experience working with Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, and Regulatory systems.

  • Strong exposure to vendor management and multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Banking Applications and Core Banking Platforms.

  • SQL and data analysis skills.

  • API integrations and system interfaces.

  • Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
