YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will take full responsibility for the company’s digital image. This includes: ✅ Professional video filming every day ✅ Professional video editing ✅ Creating engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts ✅ Publishing all content on every social media platform ✅ Managing all company social media accounts ✅ Managing the owner’s personal social media accounts ✅ Creating captions, hashtags and publishing schedules ✅ Daily content planning ✅ Building viral content strategies ✅ Growing followers and increasing engagement ✅ Managing Google Business Profiles ✅ Responding professionally to reviews and messages ✅ Protecting and improving the company’s online reputation ✅ Monitoring analytics and continuously improving performance

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate MUST have:

✔️ Minimum 3 years of professional experience

✔️ Professional experience filming videos

✔️ Professional experience editing videos

✔️ Proven experience managing social media pages

✔️ Excellent knowledge of:

• TikTok

• Instagram

• Facebook

• YouTube

✔️ Strong understanding of social media algorithms

✔️ Experience creating viral short-form content

✔️ Professional knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve

✔️ Experience with Sony cameras (highly preferred)

✔️ Excellent English communication skills

✔️ Strong organizational skills

✔️ Ability to consistently produce high-quality content every single day
