يقع المنتجع بين المساحات الخضراء الوفيرة على شواطئ الخليج العربي الخلابة، ويقدم ملاذاً استوائياً وهادئاً، على بُعد مسافة قصيرة من مدينة دبي النابضة بالحياة.
مع لمسات من الأناقة الفرنسية متشابكة عبر أرجاء المنتجع، ندعو الضيوف للاستمتاع ببيئة “حيث تعيش الحياة” والانغماس في التميّز.
يتكون المنتجع من 360 غرفة وجناحاً معاصرين، و182 شقة مخدومة، و4 فيلات فاخرة للغاية، وسبا سوفيتيل مع L’Occitane، ومركز لياقة بدنية، و نادي الأطفال، كما يقدم مجموعة واسعة من خيارات الطعام مع 7 مطاعم، 5 صالات ومطاعم.
وصف الوظيفة
- التعرف على جميع عناصر الطعام والشراب في قائمة المطعم.
- إعداد المطعم للتشغيل، بما في ذلك الترتيب المسبق، ترتيب الطاولات وتنظيفها الخفيف والمهام المكلفة الأخرى.
- إخذ طلبات الطعام والشراب من الضيوف، وبيع المزيد حيثما أمكن.
- استخدام نظام نقاط البيع في المطعم كما هو موضح.
- التأكد من تسجيل جميع المبيعات بشكل صحيح وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة للطلب، الإلغاء أو تصحيح العناصر.
- تقديم الطعام والشراب وفق المعايير المعتمدة.
- مسح الطاولات ونقل الأطباق المتسخة إلى منطقة الأطباق.
- إتمام مهام الافتتاح والإغلاق كما هو مكلف.
- المرونة قدر الإمكان في تلبية الطلبات الخاصة من الضيوف بشأن طرق تحضير الطعام والشراب ومكوناته.
- اتباع إرشادات العرض كما حُددت من قبل مدير المواد الغذائية والمشروبات.
- الحفاظ على المحطة / القسم المخصص نظيفاً ومرتباً في جميع الأوقات.
- التأكد من تطبيق جميع معايير العلامة التجارية الدنيا للشركة، وتطبيق معايير العلامة التجارية الاختيارية حيثما كان مناسباً
المؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة في فندق فخم مماثل/بيئة مطعم راسخة.
- أن يكون مرحاً، مفعماً بالحيوية ولديه شغف بالضيافة.
- م existence in الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- متحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة

Job Description
- To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- To prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning and other assigned tasks.
- To take food and beverage orders from guests, upselling wherever possible.
- To utilize the outlet point-of-sales system as prescribed
- To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following prescribed procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items.
- To serve food and beverages according to the standards established.
- To clear tables and removes dirty dishes to the dish area.
- To complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
- To follow presentation guidelines as established by the Food & Beverage Manager.
- To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
- To ensure that all company minimum brand standards are implemented, and that optional brand standards are implemented where appropriate
Qualifications
- Have prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment.
- Be fun, energetic and have a passion for hospitality.
- Already based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Fluent English speaker
