Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  
  

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the hospitality/hotels industry.

  
  

• Strong experience managing both employment processes/relations and contracts.

  
  

• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law / DIFC Law and visa regulations.

  
  

• Experience with payroll processing and WPS.

  
  

• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.

  
  

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  
  

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  
  

• Fluency in English
