Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in assessment, talent management, or HR roles within the UAE.
• Professional certification in psychometric assessment or a related HR discipline is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in designing, delivering, or facilitating assessment centers and competency-based evaluations.
