Job Title – Supply Chain Executive Type – Permanent Work Location – Dubai Salary – AED 12,000 Mandatory details/Skills-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and optimal inventory levels. Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and ensure trade compliance. Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor inventory, shipments, and order fulfilment to avoid stock shortages or delays. Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and improve service levels. Maintain supply chain records and prepare reports using ERP systems and Excel. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Key Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of supply chain experience. Mandatory experience in FMCG, Trading, or Tobacco industry. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, and import/export operations. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
