We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power Tools Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the inspection, repair, maintenance, packing, shifting and testing of various power tools, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards and general Showroom operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electric, battery-operated, and pneumatic power tools

• Perform routine maintenance and functionality tests

• Maintain accurate records of service and parts used

• Ensure tools meet all safety standards

• Support with stacking, packing, and shifting of tools and materials

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repair timelines and tool status

• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

• Provide general helping support as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with power tool repairs (brands like Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. a plus)

• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and part diagrams

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer skills for inventory and service logging

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
