Identify construction defects, non-conformities, deviations, and quality issues, and issue appropriate inspection comments or non-conformance reports for corrective action.
Verify that corrective actions are completed satisfactorily and conduct follow-up inspections to ensure compliance with approved requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve architectural and site-related issues.
Monitor construction progress and provide timely updates on the status of architectural works, inspection activities, quality concerns, and potential delays.
Review and verify contractor inspection requests and maintain accurate records of inspections, observations, approvals, comments, and outstanding actions.
Ensure that architectural works are properly coordinated with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and other related disciplines to avoid conflicts and rework.
Monitor compliance with approved health, safety, environmental, and site regulations during the execution of architectural works.
Prepare inspection reports, site observation reports, progress updates, and other technical documentation, and support project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
