Green Line Electromechanical L. L. C. is a company based, Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking an experienced MEP Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the MEP industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems. Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems. Diagnose equipment faults and implement effective corrective actions. Coordinate with maintenance technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely completion of maintenance work. Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to service plans. Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities for system improvement. Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Review technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and specifications. Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacement when required. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and minimize system downtime. Prepare maintenance reports, work permits, and technical documentation. Support facility management in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assist in budgeting for maintenance activities and spare parts procurement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, generators, and building management systems (BMS). Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities. Immediate joiner preferred.
