Role Description The International Client Liaison Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, focused on managing and expanding relationships with international clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for global clients, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, and ensuring clear, timely communication across time zones. The role involves understanding client requirements, negotiating agreements, monitoring project progress, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The manager will also identify new business opportunities, conduct market and client research, and collaborate with local and international partners to support service delivery. Administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing billing and contracts are also part of the daily work.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to build trust across cultures and geographies. Experience in international business or global account management, including coordinating projects and services for clients in multiple countries. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages relevant to key client regions are an advantage. Solid organizational and time management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple client accounts simultaneously. Negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing practical solutions. Comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial setting, with a high level of professionalism, accountability, and discretion.
