Role Overview

We are looking for Support Engineer to provide production support for Lending and Cards applications while ensuring high system availability and seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support Lending and Cards platforms. Investigate and resolve production issues. Support SIT, UAT, and production releases. Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams. Manage change and problem management activities. Support project-to-production transitions.
