كـ نادل – خدمة الغرف، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم تجارب طعام داخل الغرفة استثنائية مع عكس معايير خدمة شانغريلا دبي من خلال سلوك ودود واحترافي ومهذب. ستضمن التسليم في الوقت المناسب والدقيق لطلبات الطعام والشراب، لخلق تجارب لا تُنسى للضيوف في راحة غرفهم.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- دعم التشغيل اليومي لقسم خدمة الغرف.
- توصيل طلبات الطعام والشراب بكفاءة واحترافية إلى غرف الضيوف.
- تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة واهتمام شخصي بالضيوف.
- ضمان سير العمل بسلاسة للقسم المعين.
- البحث باستمرار عن سبل تعزيز رضا الضيوف.

About the Role
As a Waiter – Room Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences while reflecting Shangri-La Dubai’s service standards through a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders, creating memorable experiences for guests in the comfort of their rooms.

- Support the daily operation of the Room Service department.
- Deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally to guest rooms.
- Provide high-quality service and personalized attention to guests.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned section.
- Consistently look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Create an exceptional in-room dining experience for every guest.
About You
- Passionate about Food & Beverage service with a strong interest in Room Service operations.
- Preferably has experience in a luxury restaurant or a 5-star international hotel in a similar role.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering excellent service.
- Communicates fluently in English.
- Committed to serving food and beverages of the highest quality.
- Willing to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
