بصفتك نادلاً – خدمة الغرف، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم تجارب طعام في الغرفة استثنائية مع عكس معايير خدمة شانغريلا دبي من خلال سلوك ودود ومهني ومهذب. ستضمن تقديم الطلبات الغذائية والشراب في الوقت المناسب وبالدقة، وخلق تجارب لا تُنسى للنزلاء في راحة غرفهم.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- دعم التشغيل اليومي لقسم خدمة الغرف.
- توصيل طلبات الطعام والشراب بكفاءة ومهنية إلى غرف النزلاء.
- تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة واهتمام شخصي بالنزلاء.
- ضمان سير العملية بسلاسة للقسم المعين.
- دائماً البحث عن سبل لتعزيز رضا النزلاء.
- إنشاء تجربة طعام داخل الغرفة استثنائية لكل نزيل.

- شغف بخدمة المأكولات والمشروبات مع اهتمام قوي بعمليات خدمة الغرف.
- يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في مطعم فاخر أو فندق دولي 5 نجوم في دور مشابه.

About the Role
As a Waiter – Room Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences while reflecting Shangri-La Dubai’s service standards through a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders, creating memorable experiences for guests in the comfort of their rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the Room Service department.
- Deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally to guest rooms.
- Provide high-quality service and personalized attention to guests.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned section.
- Consistently look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Create an exceptional in-room dining experience for every guest.
About You
- Passionate about Food & Beverage service with a strong interest in Room Service operations.
- Preferably has experience in a luxury restaurant or a 5-star international hotel in a similar role.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering excellent service.
- Communicates fluently in English.
- Committed to serving food and beverages of the highest quality.
- Willing to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
