This role focuses on direct retail engagement. You will be the primary point of contact for our established shop-based clients, ensuring excellent customer service while identifying and onboarding new retail stores to our growing network.

• Manage and retain existing retail customers through regular store visits.

• Identify and onboard new retail stores and shops.

• Conduct daily outdoor sales activities across Dubai.

• Promote company products and increase brand visibility.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.

Desired Candidate Profile

# Mandatory Requirements

✅ Proven experience in field/outdoor sales, preferably dealing with retail stores.

✅ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Self-motivated with a strong "feet-on-the-street" sales approach.

✅ Must be based in Dubai.
