نحن نبحث عن مُقدّر خبرة - خبرة في مشاريع الحدائق والمنتجعات مع خبرة في البناء في الإمارات العربية المتحدة لإعداد تقديرات تكلفة دقيقة وتقديمات مناقصات لمشاريع إنشاء الحدائق، أحواض السباحة، الري، والمزايا المائية. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن أخذ الكميات، إعداد جداول الكميات، تحليل التكلفة، ودعم عملية المناقصة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إعداد تقديرات تكلفة تفصيلية لمشاريع الحدائق، أحواض السباحة، الري، والمزايا المائية.
مراجعة مستندات المناقصة، الرسومات، المواصفات، وجداول الكميات.
إجراء أخذ كميات من الرسومات الهندسية.
الحصول على عروض من الموردين والمقاولين الفرعيين وتقييم التسعير.
إعداد جداول الكميات، خطط التكلفة، وتقديمات المناقصات ضمن المهل الزمنية.
تحليل تكاليف المشروع، متطلبات المواد، العمالة، وتكاليف المعدات.
التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والمشتريات وتنفيذ المشروع أثناء عملية المناقصة.
تحديد فرص الهندسة القيمة وحلول توفير التكاليف.
إعداد توضيحات العرض والرد على استفسارات العميل خلال مرحلة المناقصة.
الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات محدثة بأسعار المواد، أسعار المقاولين الفرعيين، وتكاليف المشروع.
المساعدة في تحليل التكاليف بعد الفوز وعمليات تسليم المشروع لفريق التنفيذ.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية، مساحة الكميات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة UAE لا تقل عن 4–6 سنوات كمقدّر في مشروعات إنشاء الحدائق وبناء أحواض السباحة.
خبرة قوية في أخذ الكميات، تقدير التكاليف، إعداد جداول الكميات، والمناقصة.
معرفة جيدة بـ الهارد سكيب، السوفت سكيب، أنظمة الري، أحواض السباحة، الميزات المائية، والأعمال المدنية المرتبطة.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات ووثائق العقد.
الإتقان في AutoCAD، Microsoft Excel، MS Office، وبرامج التقدير (CostX، PlanSwift، Bluebeam، أو ما يعادلها ميزة).
مهارات تحليلية، عددية، وتفاوض قوية.
قدرات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة مع الموردين، المقاولين، والفرق الداخلية.
التمكن من معايير البناء في الإمارات وأسعار السوق.
سيُفضل المرشحون المقيمون حالياً في الإمارات مع توافر فوري أو إشعار قصير.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator- Pool exp with UAE construction experience to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for landscape, swimming pool, irrigation, and water feature projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and supporting the tendering process.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape, swimming pool, irrigation, and water feature projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Perform quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate pricing.
Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions within deadlines.
Analyze project costs, material requirements, labor, and equipment costs.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams during the bidding process.
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
Prepare bid clarifications and respond to client queries during the tender stage.
Maintain an updated database of material prices, subcontractor rates, and project costs.
Assist in post-award cost analysis and project handover to the execution team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in landscape and swimming pool construction projects.
Strong experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
Good knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, swimming pools, water features, and associated civil works.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and estimation software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent is an advantage).
Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and market rates.
Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate or short notice availability will be preferred.
