درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية (إلزامي)· خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 10–15 سنة، مع وجود 10 سنوات على الأقل في الإمارات· خبرة موثوقة في مشاريع الفيلات والسكنية/التجارية عالية الارتفاع· معرفة قوية بأنظمة الكهرباء الإماراتية، ولوائح هيئة كهرباء وماء دبي (DEWA)، ومعايير المشروع· خبرة عملية في:Ø أنظمة LV وMVØ توزيع الطاقة، الإضاءة، وأنظمة التأريضØ أنظمة الإنذار بالحريق، ELV والمنظومات منخفضة التيارØ الاختبار والتشغيل والموافقات من الجهات المختصة· القدرة على التعامل مع تنفيذ الموقع والتنسيق ووثائق المشروع· مهارات تواصل وقيادة قوية
Manage electrical works on site as per approved drawings and specifications · Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities · Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards · Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements · Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues · Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) · Minimum 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE · Proven experience in villa and high-rise residential / commercial projects · Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and project standards · Hands-on experience in: Ø LV & MV systems Ø Power distribution, lighting, and earthing systems Ø Fire alarm, ELV & low current systems Ø Testing, commissioning, and authority approvals · Ability to handle site execution, coordination, and project documentation · Strong communication and leadership skills
