Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client priorities, challenges, and organisational context.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Build credibility through reliable delivery, responsiveness, and sound judgement.

Support Team Delivery

  • Work collaboratively with consultants, principal consultants, and engagement leaders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to more junior team members.
  • Review work products and help maintain high standards of quality.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration across projects.

Contribute to Capability Growth

  • Support the development and refinement of Strategy & Transformation methodologies, tools, and approaches.
  • Share knowledge and lessons learned across projects and teams.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, capability development activities, and knowledge management.
  • Help strengthen the profile of the Strategy & Transformation team across Jacobs.

Support Business Development Activities

  • Contribute to proposals, pursuit activities, and client presentations.
  • Support market research and opportunity identification.
  • Assist in developing thought leadership and client-facing materials.
  • Identify opportunities to support broader client needs and strategic objectives.

What Success Looks Like
