We are looking for motivated real estate professionals with at least 1 year of UAE real estate experience who want to grow their sales career and maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities Manage and convert company-generated and personal leads. Advise clients on suitable off-plan and secondary-market properties. Conduct property presentations, meetings, and viewings. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors. Negotiate offers and close property transactions. Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate client information and activities in the CRM. Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and personal lead generation. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi property projects, developers, prices, payment plans, and market trends. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Off-plan sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to manage, follow up, and convert leads. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Professional attitude and presentation. UAE driving license is preferred. Own visa is preferred. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
