إعداد رسومات CAD ووثائق المشروع للموافقات والتنفيذ.
التعاون مع صالة العرض، فرق المبيعات والتصميم، والاستشاريين لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.
الإشراف على تسليم FF&E والتركيب والتفتيشات الميدانية والتنسيق النهائي.
دعم عروض العملاء والبقاء مطلعاً على اتجاهات التصميم وابتكارات الموردين.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة FF&E في المنازل الفاخرة أو الضيافة أو مشاريع التصميم الداخلي عالية المستوى.
إتقان AutoCAD وVector Works وCAD+T ومكتب مايكروسوفت.
معرفة قوية بمصدر FF&E والمواد والتشطيبات وإدارة البائعين.
حس تصميم ممتاز، مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وتعدد مهام.
مظهر مهني، تركيز على العميل، وروح الفريق، ومتوافق مع قيم الشركة.
Develop FF&E schedules, mood boards, and specifications based on project requirements.
Select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories that meet client needs and budgets.
Coordinate with local and international suppliers for sourcing, quotations, samples, and procurement.
Prepare CAD drawings and project documentation for approvals and execution.
Collaborate with showroom, sales, design teams, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
Oversee FF&E delivery, installation, site inspections, and final styling.
Support client presentations and stay updated on design trends and supplier innovations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
FF&E experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end interior projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Vector Works, CAD+T, and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing, materials, finishes, and vendor management.
Excellent design sense, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Well-groomed, customer-focused, team player, and aligned with company values.
