Legal Counsel — Regulatory | ADGM Fintech | Abu Dhabi [must already live in Abu Dhabi]
Our client is an ADGM fintech based in Abu Dhabi, entering an exciting phase of growth as it prepares for launch. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded, high potential business at a formative stage and to shape its legal and regulatory foundations from within.
Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel with at least five years of regulatory experience gained within the ADGM.
The successful candidate will bring strong, hands-on regulatory expertise combined with genuine breadth across contract and commercial matters, supporting the business as a true all-rounder rather than a narrow specialist.
This is an onsite role based in Abu Dhabi, and candidates must already live and work in Abu Dhabi with an established understanding of the ADGM regulatory landscape. This requirement is firm and without exception.
What you will bring:Min 5PQEA minimum of 4 years of regulatory experience within the ADGM. Deep familiarity with the ADGM regulatory landscape and FSRA framework. Strong commercial and contract law capability alongside regulatory expertise. Comfort operating as a generalist within a fast moving, pre-launch environment. Current residence and right to work in Abu Dhabi.
