What you'll deliver

• You’ll lead and deliver enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives aligned to Dubai Airports’ corporate strategy across DXB and DWC.

  
  

• You’ll translate strategy into clear, phased transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment, integration and visibility across business functions.

  
  

• You’ll drive transformation activities at workstream and initiative level, embedding adoption, readiness and change management into delivery plans.

  
  

• You’ll provide executive and board‑ready updates on transformation progress, issues, options and impacts, enabling informed decision‑making.

  
  

• You’ll manage cross‑functional dependencies, risks and critical paths across transformation initiatives.

  
  

• You’ll partner closely with Strategy & Development, Digital and business leaders to ensure operating model, workforce and capability changes are effectively implemented.

  
  

• You’ll lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise change management capability using a common framework and community of practice.

  
  

• You’ll define, track and realize benefits and value across transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against approved business cases.

  
  

• You’ll monitor initiative‑level KPIs and value realization, recommending corrective actions where performance or outcomes diverge from plan.

  
  

• You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on transformation sequencing, trade‑offs and delivery risks.

  
  

• You’ll prepare high‑quality executive communications, reports and narratives focused on key business challenges and outcomes.

  
  

What you bring

• You’ll hold a degree in Strategy, Business or related and you will bring 10–12 years of overall professional experience, including 5–7 years in transformation, strategy execution and change management roles within the aviation or airport industry, with a strong understanding of operational, regulatory and stakeholder complexity. Experience leading digital and/or ConOps transformation initiatives is preferred. 

  
  

• You’ll have proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional transformation programmes in large, matrixed organizations.

  
  

• You’ll have demonstrated ability to analyse complex data, business cases and programmes and convert them into clear, outcome‑focused narratives for senior stakeholders.

  
  

• You’ll have previous experience defining benefits realization frameworks, KPIs and value tracking linked to strategic objectives.

  
  

• You’ll have exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and deliver through senior leaders and multifunctional teams.

  
  

• You’ll have a consultative, collaborative leadership style, balanced with strong delivery focus and accountability.

  
  

• You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging executive leadership and boards.
