Through Nesternship- Branch Out, our flagship internship program at Nestlé UAE Food Factories, you'll gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and build skills that prepare you for the future.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our Quality team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and quality across our manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
As part of your Nesternship journey, you will receive structured functional learning and coaching from experienced Quality professionals while being assigned real business projects focused on quality systems, process standardization, optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology or any other related scientific disciplines
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Apps or Power Automate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and passion for quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Hold a valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID
• Have valid personal medical insurance coverage throughout the internship period
• Hold a valid UAE driver's license
• Be able to independently arrange transportation to and from Jebel Ali / Dubai South
• Be available to work on-site for the full internship duration

• Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within a leading food and beverage company.
• Exposure to Quality Systems, food safety requirements, compliance processes, and manufacturing operations.

• Ownership of meaningful projects with direct business impact and leadership visibility.
