لـ مساعدة مديري الدعاوى في التعامل مع القضايا القضائية ومعالجتها ومعالجة الدعاوى المتعلقة بـ: 1) أي مقترض غير آوَف في محفظة البنك التجارية / الشركات؛ و 2) القضايا المرفوعة ضد البنك و/أو القضايا المرفوعة ضد أي من شركات المجموعة (تحت الإشراف المباشر لرئيس الوحدة، قضايا المجموعة) لضمان حماية مصالح البنك بشكل كامل

Job description
To assist the Litigation Managers in handling, managing and addressing litigation cases relating to: 1) any non-performing borrower in the commercial / corporate portfolio of the Bank; and 2) cases filed against the Bank and / or cases filed against any of the Group companies (under the direct supervision of Unit Head, Group Litigation) to ensure the bank’s interests are fully protected
