About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to lead the implementation, development and continuous improvement of AI and automation across the company's operations.

The main objective of this role is to identify repetitive and manual processes, automate them, improve employee productivity, enhance lead and customer management, and introduce practical AI solutions across the business.

We are looking for a practical, innovative and fast-learning professional who can identify problems, research solutions and implement AI-powered systems.

- Practical experience using and implementing AI tools.

- Understanding of AI Automation and AI Agents.

- Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Fast learner with the ability to research and implement new technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and propose solutions.

- Good knowledge of ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini.

- Ability to train and support employees in using AI tools.
