Develop detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) from tender drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Analyze tender documents to identify potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify project details and negotiate commercial terms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Having experienced in Main Contractor Tender Department.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pre-contract quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Proven experience in preparing take off for detailed Bills of Quantities for building projects.
