The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ground Handling Coordinator to coordinate ground handling activities, support flight turnaround operations, and help ensure efficient day-to-day airport services across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a ground handling, airport operations, aviation services, or airline operations professional looking to grow their career in an international and fully remote working environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day ground handling and flight turnaround activities. Support aircraft servicing, baggage coordination, and ramp operation planning. Work closely with Ground Handling, Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Cargo Services, Customer Service, and Compliance teams. Coordinate with airlines, airport service providers, and operational teams. Monitor flight schedules and operational updates. Maintain ground handling records, reports, and operational documentation. Support resource allocation and service coordination where required. Track operational KPIs and prepare management updates. Help resolve routine ground handling and operational issues. Maintain organized records and document control procedures. Support compliance with airport regulations and company procedures. Promote safety and operational efficiency across ground handling activities. Assist with cross-functional aviation projects and initiatives. Support communication between airport teams and operational stakeholders. Stay informed about ground handling and aviation best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in ground handling, airport operations, airline operations, aviation services, or a related role is an advantage. Good understanding of airport and ground handling operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with airline operational systems, flight schedules, or Microsoft Office is an advantage. Familiarity with IATA procedures, ramp operations, or aircraft turnaround coordination is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
