Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a STEM Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing specialized knowledge in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics to support critical projects. Candidates will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:• Apply expertise in STEM disciplines to analyze complex problems and recommend evidence-based solutions.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to interpret technical data and translate findings into actionable strategies.• Conduct research, experiments, or simulations to validate hypotheses and improve project outcomes.• Develop and refine models, algorithms, or frameworks to enhance operational efficiency or product performance.• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations in clear technical reports for leadership review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) or statistical software.• Experience interpreting technical specifications, research papers, or industry standards.• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.• Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
