Perform inspections for materials, workmanship, and activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and RTA standards.
Review and verify material deliveries, test certificates, and inspection reports before acceptance.
Conduct site inspections for civil, structural, and utility works to ensure conformity with approved drawings and quality procedures.
Prepare and maintain inspection requests (IRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action records.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.
Assist in preparing method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality checklists.
Ensure testing of materials (concrete, asphalt, soil, etc.) is conducted as per project and RTA requirements.
Monitor concrete pouring, compaction, backfilling, and finishing activities for compliance with standards.
Report deviations or quality issues and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in internal and external quality audits and implement recommendations.
Support QA/QC Engineers in preparing documentation for monthly quality reports and handover dossiers.
Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within RTA or major UAE infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality control processes
Familiarity with RTA quality standards, specifications, and inspection procedures
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and test results accurately
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management systems (Aconex preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills to work with consultants and project teams
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards on site
