Job Description:
An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer specializes in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools.- Minimum of 10 years of hands on experience as RPA Engineer.
Technical Skills:
RPA Tools Proficiency: Expertise in popular RPA platforms such as Microsoft RPA Suite , UiPath or Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism etc. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages relevant to RPA development, such as Python, C#, or Java. Workflow Design: Skills in designing automated workflows and processes, including understanding business process mapping and analysis. Scripting and Automation: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java Script, VBScript) for custom automation solutions. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integrating RPA solutions with other systems (e.g., APIs, web services, databases) to enable seamless data flow. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving issues in automated processes. Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing automation scripts and documentation. Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure automation meets requirements.
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements.
