Solutions Consultant (Fraud Prevention / Authentication), Abu Dhabi Responsibilities:Extract problem statements and commercial metrics from clients throughout the engagement to qualify opportunities and build Requirements and Approach documents. Explain how drives value for both business (key use cases by product) and technical (security and functionality of each component) points of view through live demonstrations. Articulating real-world authentication and fraud scenarios and patterns to external clients and internal stakeholders. Identify and clearly articulate any solution design / delivery risks with the internal team. Collaboratively work with our Analytics and Data Science teams to demonstrate client value through individual cases and patterns. Own RFI/RFP submissions end to end and provide content as a solution subject matter expert. Provide consultative advice through techniques such as fraud categorisation and investigation to drive solution conversations with existing and prospective clients. Demonstrate value to the client through a 'data-first' approach. Skills / Experience:5 years+ of Digital Fraud and Authentication experience or CIAM / IAM experience, deploying into large Financial Institutions. Experience in the design and implementation of fraud and authentication solutions. Self-motivated with a passion for finding potential issues and defining a strategy to solve them. Driving the cultural values internally and embodying them externally. Experience in understanding and implementing regulatory change. Previous experience capturing business requirements (functional and non-functional) and creating solution designs to meet those needs. Experience using UML to visualise the design and implementation of solutions in a BMPN format. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly articulate a problem statement and the proposed solution to that. Understanding of REST APIs (Applications and programming interfaces) and system connectivity. Previous experience with delivering process change within a Saa S (Software as a Service) company
