Skilled in removing scratches, stains, dull patches and surface imperfections.
Operates floor-grinding and polishing machines safely and efficiently.
Applies crystallization treatments, sealers and protective coatings to achieve a high-quality finish.
Repairs minor cracks, chips and damaged joints using suitable materials and colour-matching techniques.
Assesses floor conditions and selects the appropriate polishing pads, chemicals and treatment methods.
Protects surrounding furniture, walls and fixtures before commencing work.
Maintains tools and equipment and follows all safety procedures.
Ensures work areas are cleaned and handed over to the client in excellent condition.
Capable of working independently and completing projects within the agreed timeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marble polishing, restoration, and maintenance, preferably in luxury villas, hotels, or high-end residences.
Skilled in grinding, honing, polishing, crystallization, sealing, stain removal, and crack/chip repair.
Experience working with various natural stones, including marble, granite, travertine, and limestone.
Able to identify the correct treatment and suitable chemicals for each type of stone.
Capable of operating polishing machines and related tools safely and professionally.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to achieve a high-gloss, even, and stain-free finish.
Careful when working around expensive furniture, walls, skirting, and fittings.
Able to assess the site, estimate the required materials and duration, and provide clear updates.
Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills; basic English is preferred.
Must follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
References from previous employers or completed marble-polishing projects are preferred.
