Job Responsibilities

Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. Prepare detailed drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems. Review and coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings. Modify drawings based on consultant, client, and site team comments. Prepare drawings according to project specifications and site requirements. Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Engineers, and Site Supervisors. Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions. Prepare layouts, sections, details, schematics, and installation drawings. Maintain proper drawing revisions and document control. Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and suitable for site execution. Assist the engineering team with technical drawings and project documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, or related field.2–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in the UAE. Strong proficiency in Auto CAD is mandatory. Experience in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings. Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage. Good understanding of MEP construction and installation practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
