المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إعداد وتنفيذ وصيانة خطط جودة المشروع (PQP)، خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITP)، بيانات طرق العمل (MS)، والمستندات المتعلقة بالجودة.
مراجعة مواصفات المشروع، الرسومات، ومتطلبات العقد لضمان الامتثال.
إعداد وتقديم طلبات فحص العمل (WIRs) والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين/العملاء لإجراء الفحوصات والموافقات.
متابعة تعليقات الفحص، أوامر عدم المطابقة (NCRs)، وعمليات الموافقة حتى الإغلاق.
إجراء فحوصات جودة في الموقع وتقييمات للأعمال المتعلقة بالركائز، تحسين التربة، والأعمال الجيوتقنية.
مراقبة والتحقق من أنشطة البناء لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
إعداد تقارير الجودة وسجلات الفحص وتقارير الاختبار.
ضمان السيطرة المناسبة على الوثائق وإدارة السجلات.
مراقبة أنشطة مراقبة الجودة للركائز المحفورة، ركائز CFA، الركائز المدفوعة، الركائز الدقيقة، وأنظمة الركائز الأخرى.
التحقق من سجلات الركائز، جودة الخرسانة، فحوصات التسليح، ومتطلبات اختبار سلامة الركائز.
الإشراف وتقييم أعمال تحسين التربة بما في ذلك الدمك الاهتزازي، أعمدة الحجر، الخلط العميق للتربة، الحقن، والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب للمرشح
حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم أو مؤهل معاد في الهندسة المدنية، البناء، أو مجال ذي صلة.
شهادة OSHA (مطلوبة).
شهادة NEBOSH (مفضلة).
الشهادات الإضافية في مجال ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة ستكون ميزة إضافية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة لأعمال الركائز، الجيوتقنية، تحسين التربة، أو مشاريع الهندسة الأرضية.
معرفة قوية بوثائق ومراسلات ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA/QC Engineer with strong expertise in Piling, Soil Improvement, and Ground Engineering Works. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing project quality requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and client requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MS), and related quality documentation.
Review project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.
Follow up on inspection comments, NCRs, and approval processes until closure.
Conduct site quality inspections and assessments for piling, soil improvement, and geotechnical works.
Monitor and verify construction activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
Prepare quality reports, inspection records and test report
Ensure proper document control and record management.
Monitor quality control activities for bored piles, CFA piles, driven piles, micropiles, and other piling systems.
Verify piling records, concrete quality, reinforcement inspections, and pile integrity testing requirements.
Supervise and assess soil improvement works including vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, grouting, and related techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
OSHA Certification (Required).
NEBOSH Certification (Preferred).
Additional QA/QC certifications will be an advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for piling, geotechnical, soil improvement, or ground engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD etc
