بصفتك باريستا، ستعمل على إعداد وتقديم قهوة عالية الجودة ومشروبات أخرى مع تقديم خدمة دافئة وودودة ومحترفة لضيوفنا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد وتقديم القهوة والشاي والمشروبات الأخرى وفقًا للوصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الفندق.
- تقديم خدمة ودودة ومهتمة ومحترفة للضيوف.
- الحفاظ على معرفة جيدة بأنواع القهوة وطرق التحضير وقوائم المشروبات والمنتجات المتاحة.
- أخذ طلبات الضيوف بدقة تقديم توصيات بناءً على تفضيلاتهم.
- ضمان الاتساق في الجودة والتقديم ودرجة الحرارة لجميع المشروبات المقدمة.
- دعم البيع الإضافي للمشروبات والمخبوزات وعناصر القائمة الأخرى.
- تشغيل وصيانة ماكينات القهوة والمطاحن والمعدات الأخرى بشكل صحيح.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم محطة القهوة ومناطق الخدمة.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والمساعدة في طلبات التزويد والتحكم في المخزون.
- ضمان التخزين السليم وتدوير المكونات والمنتجات.
- معالجة الطلبات وفواتير الضيوف بدقة باستخدام نظام نقطة البيع (POS).
- اتباع إجراءات سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالفندق في جميع الأوقات.
- المساعدة في مهام الافتتاح والإغلاق والمتطلبات التشغيلية الأخرى حسب التكليف.
المؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة كـ باريستا، يفضل أن تكون ضمن بيئة فندق أو مقهى أو مطعم.
- معرفة جيدة بإعداد القهوة والمشروبات القائمة على الإسبريسو ومعدات القهوة.
- تعتبر مهارات الرسم على القهوة الأساسية ميزة إضافية.
- الشغف بالضيافة تقديم خدمة ضيوف ممتازة.
- شخصية ودودة وإيجابية مع مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية المتحدث بها؛ وتعتبر اللغات الإضافية ميزة إضافية.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بجودة المنتج.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة عمل مزدحمة.
- المرونة في العمل ضمن ورديات وفي عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented
Barista to join our Food & Beverage team at
NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing warm, friendly, and professional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
- Maintain good knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, beverage menus, and available products.
- Take guest orders accurately and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and temperature of all beverages served.
- Support upselling of beverages, pastries, and other menu items.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with requisitions and inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients and products.
- Process orders and guest bills accurately using the POS system.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista, preferably within a hotel, café, or restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and coffee equipment.
- Basic latte art skills are an advantage.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
- Friendly and positive personality with good communication skills.
- Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
