We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met throughout all phases of our construction projects, contributing to the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality structures. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures for construction projects. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. - Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken. - Review and approve material and equipment certificates and documentation. - Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality documentation for management review. - Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations. - Assist in training site personnel on quality standards and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven 10 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction (Buildings / Infrastructure / Civil Works) industry, preferably within the UAE or GCC region. - Thorough knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality control processes. - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. - Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems. - Proactive and able to work independently under pressure to meet project deadlines.
