Develop and execute strategic communication initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a strong corporate culture, and promoting organizational alignment. Create compelling content, manage communication channels, and ensure consistent messaging across the company.Responsibilities1-      Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values.2-      Produce engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, and other digital platforms.3-      Craft clear and concise messages that effectively convey key information, company updates, and strategic initiatives to employees at all levels.4-      Oversee the management and optimization of internal communication channels to ensure effective delivery of messages and maximize employee engagement.5-      Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as town hall meetings, employee recognition programs, and internal events.6-      Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans and materials to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.7-      Establish feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights, opinions, and suggestions, and use this feedback to continuously improve internal communication processes.8-      Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to align internal communication efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.9-      Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively communicate with employees during times of crisis or emergencies.10-   Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through metrics such as employee feedback, engagement levels, and communication channel analytics.Qualifications·        Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, or a related field.·        8+ years of Marcom experience; in IT service companies·        Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).·        Excellent knowledge and experience in using design applications.Preferred Skills·        Outstanding oral and written communication skills.·        Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.·        Time Management·        Project Management
