Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an efficient Customer Service Agent with a driver’s license who can speak English and Arabic for our Dubai office.

This role involves handling rental operations, including customer service, vehicle management, and documentation

with experience in a Car Rental company.


Responsibilities:

1. Greeting customers professionally and assisting them according to their needs

2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

3. Coordinate car bookings, ensuring timely and accurate reservation payments and dealing with cards

4. Opening/Closing agreements on the system on time

5. To receive inquiries and close deals

6. Provide excellent customer service and support

7. Responsible for providing customers with the whole process of standardized car delivery and money collection service.

8. Explain the terms of rental agreements to the client.

9. Perform other ad-hoc tasks

Skills

1. Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/sales role in a Car Rental Company

2. Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken

3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Knowledge of the “TARS” RTA rental system

5. Computer Literate (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)

6. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks

7. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

8. Must hold a UAE valid driving license.
