The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Group Operations Director to join our executive team. This pivotal role involves managing our day-to-day operations, streamlining processes across departments, and driving operational excellence to support our growth. Reporting directly to our Board of Directors, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our operational strategy and ensuring our operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement efficient operational processes, fostering seamless coordination among Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse departments.

- Enhance inter-departmental collaboration, setting priorities to optimize resource allocation.

- Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department, assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.

- Work closely with department heads to identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.

- Drive the automation of processes to minimize manual inputs and reduce error rates.

- Strategically reduce costs without compromising service quality.

- Regularly report to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Support the implementation of new strategies and business development initiatives from an operational perspective.

- Collaborate with the IT team to leverage technology in automating and optimizing processes.

- Ensure high service levels are maintained and continually enhanced.
