Job Summary:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is well-acquainted with the UAE real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with high-level decision-makers at major real estate developers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in generating new business and managing major client accounts in the ICT and real estate sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at major real estate developers in the UAE.
• Understand and anticipate clients' business needs and objectives to effectively align our smart ICT solutions.
• Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Manage and lead negotiations with key accounts to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement business strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.
• Provide industry expert insights to the company, aiding in the development of customized smart ICT solutions for the real estate sector.
• Regularly report to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities within the real estate industry.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the UAE real estate industry.
• Extensive network and established relationships with top-tier real estate developers in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of ICT needs specific to the real estate sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of interacting with and influencing senior executives.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, ICT, or a related field.
