Position Overview :

• Conducting regular inspections of properties and facilities to ensure that all is in order.
• Marketing vacant apartments, houses or buildings on behalf of property owners.
• Providing owners with regular updates and reports and making relevant recommendations.
• Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties.
• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
• Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.
• Professionals who focus on meeting the needs of clients while driving the commercial objectives of their employer.
• Work in almost every industry to provide a positive client experience and increase sales and customer retention.
• Dubai Real Estate experience is a must .
